This versatile private event space accommodates up to 100 guests and is designed for dynamic gatherings. The main event area features three smart TVs, while a smaller adjoining room that seats up to 10 people houses a dedicated smart TV with comprehensive audiovisual capabilities including audio video conferencing functionality to support hybrid events and remote participation. Adding a unique touch to the atmosphere, the venue includes a record player with curated vinyl records, along with convenient amenities such as a mini fridge for refreshments. The space also provides access to a full-service bar, which must be operated by our preferred vendor for all events requiring beverage service. This flexible environment is ideal for corporate events, networking functions, product launches, cocktail receptions, and social gatherings that require both professional presentation capabilities and an engaging ambiance.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
