Alternative room configurations, including open-floor arrangements, boardroom setups, U-shape seating, and other custom layouts, are available with advance notice and a $50 setup fee. Guests are welcome to bring their own cameras, lighting, audio equipment, tripods, backdrops, and other production supplies, subject to venue rules. **Lighting & Filming Environment** Our space features natural daylight through windows with adjustable blinds, allowing production teams to manage the amount of available natural light. The room's neutral finishes and flexible layout provide multiple options for camera placement, interviews, portraits, and other creative projects. The property is located in a commercial area. While the building generally provides a comfortable environment for filming, complete sound isolation cannot be guaranteed. For productions requiring particularly quiet conditions, we recommend discussing your needs with management before booking. **Convenient Facilities for Production Teams** The private restroom can serve as a convenient changing and preparation area for talent, while the dedicated kitchenette provides space for refreshments and catering. Guests also have access to complimentary parking, making equipment loading and arrival convenient for production crews. Please note that the production space is located on the second floor and requires stair access.
