A 1927 Norman Revival home in Silver Lake available for small meetings, creative sessions, and working offsites. The main living and dining rooms offer comfortable seating for up to 15, with warm natural light, original architectural details, and a quiet residential setting that encourages the kind of focused conversation that doesn't happen in WeWork.
The kitchen is fully stocked and available for use — bring your own food or arrange delivery. WiFi is strong throughout. The space works especially well for creative teams, strategy sessions, production pre-pro meetings, and any gathering that benefits from a thoughtful, non-corporate environment.
Ideal for: creative agency offsites, pre-production meetings, brand strategy sessions, small workshops, writer's rooms, and podcast interviews.
