We are a fine art gallery and print shop in East Austin. The space has a shared courtyard facing East 6th St and inside it has two rooms connected by a door. The first room- The art gallery is about 500 square feet. Exhibits change every 2-3 months. The room has black floors, white walls, wood paneled ceiling, slab wood table, and a projector. The second room- the print shop and photo studio is about 400 square feet. It includes a cycloroma wall with a white seamless curved wall backdrop and a large work table that can be moved to the back of the room when using the cyc wall. There is a loft in the workroom, but this is used for storage and not for use. The workroom can also be a good staging room or set up room for an event. It includes an espresso machine and a refrigerator. The space works great for corporate meetings, art/cultural meetings, art classes, private events, private art show, art exhibitions, etc. Events can extend into the shared courtyard. The courtyard features a great flow from the entrance facing East 6th st. The courtyard has a bar, community table, seating, sculpture, and a stage. We have a shared bathroom located a short walking distance from our studio. There are several nearby bars, restaurants, cafe, and HEB.
