Our event space presents a beautifully restored and historic building in the heart of downtown Ypsilanti featuring a private entrance, personable staff, and unique food and beverages of your choosing; work one-on-one with Chef Rich to create your ideal menu and bring your celebration to life.
*Our event space is available with a $500 food and beverage minimum. Rather than paying a separate venue rental fee, your $500 is applied toward your catering and beverage selections.*

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
