Turn the beautiful ornate brass knob & doorplate, and enter the Harry Potter-esque bookstore. You are greeted by 12 ft. walls the color of Magenta, with a ceiling papered in Rifle Paper’s Wildwood floral paper. Ceiling millwork, chandelier medallions and chandeliers are in gold. Walls are lined with bookshelves in the color of English Walnut, filled with new and used books and stationary. The Italian credenza turned register counter holds an antique brass National Register, with a beautiful Hooker hutch holding the backdrop. This space would currently work well for events and production. Please keep in mind this is a current operating bookstore, and items may have to be moved around to accommodate any bookings. We have 20 chairs, 2 6ft folding tables, 1 4 ft folding table, and an assortment of round and library tables that currently hold books for sale. The office has a slop sink and small kitchenette.
