1970s Vintage Collectors Dream Home

This is our family home/70s time machine. It's the perfect niche backdrop for brands or photographers looking to invoke a colorful kind of nostalgia. The large A-frame living room and den have large sliding glass doors and windows where south facing light pours in, along with sweeping views of Los Angeles (all the way to Catalina on a clear day). The entire home is available, there are vintage vignettes throughout. Our decor is best described as "midcentury grandma" with floral sofas, crewel embroidery gallery walls, faux 1970s terra cotta tile, wood floors, large indoor plants and trees, a rainbow of afghan blankets, 20' built in shelves full of tchotchkes, 70s glaze pottery, craft encyclopedias, nat geos and orange shag carpet—a Brady Bunch/Three's Company mashup. The furniture and art can absolutely be rearranged according to the needs of the project though we will be closeby assuring our antiques and precious treasures are safe. The lure of this home is not only the views and décor but access to a veritable prop house of art and vintage artifacts from the 60s to the 90s. Specialities include multiple sets of vintage table settings, dishes, barware, tablecloths, napkins, runners, candlesticks, bedding, curtains, etc. We house an overflow art collection in the adjoining ADU that can be shopped for photo shoots or serve as a standalone backdrop. The Christmas décor collection would take an entire other page to explain (they go up right after Halloween). The backyard of the home is actually the front of the property with a city view. Afternoon light dapples through the leaves of our large oak tree that towers over a 1970s kidney-shape Swan pool and its original diving board. The pool furniture leans more 80s/90s with 1970s Disney-esque yellow and white outdoor umbrellas and many outdoor props like vintage wrought iron outdoor furniture, an army of aluminum webbed lawn chairs, 70s plastic bar carts, vinyl floral seat pads and fringe tablecloths.
