Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
A cleaning fee of $250 will be assessed if the space is not properly cleaned upon departure, confirmed during a post-event walk-through. Guests are responsible for removing all catering items, trash, and personal belongings before leaving. Outside caterers and vendors are expected to clean up their own equipment and waste as part of their service.
Our porter staff cleans and resets the space between bookings, so every arriving guest is greeted with a fresh, clean environment.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
