Welcome to a one-of-a-kind hilltop creative compound nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood overlooking a canopy of trees. This unique venue offers over 1,200 square feet of thoughtfully designed indoor space plus nearly 20,000 square feet of outdoor grounds — giving your group the freedom to spread out, create, connect, and collaborate.
Indoor spaces include:
A welcoming living room event space with seating and natural light
Two dedicated podcast and content studios with wood slat accent walls, warm LED lighting, boom arm microphones, and acoustic treatment
A den with TV — ideal as a breakout or presentation space
A side hallway breakout area
A bathroom for guest use
Outdoor spaces include:
A covered deck with seating
A side yard breakout area
A sprawling backyard with apple and pear fruit trees, patio furniture, fire pit, and grill
Half-acre grounds with open space for activities, workshops, and gatherings
This venue is ideal for professional development days, team building sessions, leadership retreats, corporate offsites, small gatherings, photo and video shoots, podcast recording, workshops, and creative production days. Breakout rooms allow simultaneous sessions for larger groups, making this an exceptional space for facilitated programming and multi-track agendas.
A guest refrigerator is available in the garage for storing food and beverages. No cooking or kitchen access is included. Guests are welcome to use the sink for handwashing — please do not dispose of food waste down the drains.
Guests must bring their own cameras, audio interfaces, and production cables for studio use. Lighting equipment are provided in both studio spaces.

Health and Safety Measures
The space is thoroughly cleaned and reset between every booking. All surfaces, furniture, and equipment are wiped down and sanitized prior to your arrival. The floor is vacuumed and the space is inspected to ensure everything is in its proper place before you arrive.
Guests are asked to tidy the space before departing — a 15-minute cleanup window is built into every booking. Trash should be bagged and left by the door. Any equipment used should be returned to its original position.
If the space requires excessive cleaning beyond normal use, an additional cleaning fee may be applied.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
