About Rolodex Legacy Executive Suites
Our podcast studio is a fully equipped recording room featuring a professional desk setup with four microphones. The space includes a wall-mounted TV that can be used as a backdrop, bright studio lighting for a clean and polished look, and two smart cameras that automatically track and focus on the active speaker. The studio is also equipped with all necessary podcast production controls, and a dedicated technician will be available to manage the equipment and assist throughout your session.

Health and Safety Measures
Our studio is cleaned and sanitized between bookings to provide a comfortable and professional experience for all guests. High-touch surfaces, including microphones, headphones, tables, door handles, and shared equipment, are disinfected regularly. Hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies are available on-site, and bookings are scheduled to allow adequate time for cleaning and preparation before each session. We take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and production-ready environment for every guest.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
