Before Your Arrival
• The space is inspected and cleaned prior to each reservation.
• High-touch surfaces, tables, seating areas, and common spaces are sanitized between bookings.
• Trash is removed and the space is reset for incoming guests.
During Your Reservation
• Cleaning stations and cleaning supplies are available throughout the space for guest use.
• We encourage guests to wipe down surfaces as needed and promptly clean any spills.
• Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of the space throughout their reservation.
• Food, beverages, props, equipment, and personal belongings should remain organized and supervised at all times.
Before Departure
• Please remove all personal items, production equipment, decorations, props, and materials brought into the space.
• Dispose of trash in the designated receptacles provided throughout the venue.
• Any spills should be cleaned immediately using the cleaning supplies provided.
• Furniture, décor, and equipment should be returned to their original locations unless otherwise instructed by our team.
After Your Reservation
• Our team conducts a post-booking walkthrough and cleaning process before the next guest arrives.
• Floors, common areas, restrooms, and frequently touched surfaces are inspected and refreshed as needed.
• Any excessive cleaning, damage, stains, or trash left behind may result in additional cleaning fees.
