Trash collection — Bag all trash and place it near the exit; do not leave loose items behind. Surface wipe‑down — Wipe up spills, crumbs, or makeup/product residue from tables or hard surfaces. No furniture displacement — If you moved anything with permission, return it to its original position. Respect décor — Do not leave fingerprints, smudges, or product on shelves, art, or decorative pieces. 🧽 What We Handle (Included in the Cleaning Fee) Light reset — Straightening pillows, resetting décor, and restoring the room’s styled look. Vacuuming — Light vacuuming of rugs and floors. Dusting — Quick dusting of shelves and surfaces. Bathroom refresh — wipe‑down, disinfecting and restocking essentials. 🚫 What Counts as Excessive Cleaning (Additional Fee May Apply) Food or drink spills — Stains on the sofa, rug, or furniture. Glitter or confetti — Not allowed; if used, a deep‑clean fee applies. Heavy rearranging — Moving large furniture or décor without approval. Leftover props or materials — Leaving behind boxes, equipment, or large trash. Damage to surfaces — Makeup, oils, adhesives, or gear marks on walls or furniture. 🕒 Overtime & Exit Exit on time — Cleaning/reset begins at your end time; staying late triggers overtime. No reentry — Once your booking ends, reentry is not permitted.

Cancellation Policy
