This space is available for photo shoots, filming, and meetings only. Rental access includes the main parlor area, living room, kitchen, and backyard.

* Guests are expected to keep the space clean and remove all trash and belongings before departure.
* Please treat the property with care and respect.
Damage Policy:
Any damage to the property will result in a $500 damage fee, in addition to any costs required for repairs or replacement.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
