The space is very versatile, it can be hired empty as a white space through to art on the walls with a large table seating up to 12. The studio is in Canford Cliffs on the high street. Aside from access from the high street there is parking for 4 cars with access through a small courtyard. Canford Cliffs is a quiet neighbourhood with restaurants and pubs nearby. The beach is a 2 minute walk through Canford Cliffs Chine and Poole Harbour and Sandbanks is a 2 minute drive. There is one toilet, catering can be set up in the courtyard.
