About Novi Haus
2800 sq ft open concept studio & intimate event space. The space has tons of windows and natural light, with peak lighting around 4-7:30pm.
we offer hourly bookings for photographers, content, creators, fitness connoisseurs, families, etc. The studio has tons of props including posing boxes, chairs, couches, tables, and small other things.
Hourly rates:
$125/hr for weekdays
$150/hr for weekends

Health and Safety Measures
you must put everything back in It’s proper place and clean up the space before your session ends. This includes vacuuming up hair and debris, wiping down surfaces especially foot marks the stairs.
If you were booking for a boudoir shoot, you must wipe down the areas after.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
