The Space: Welcome to an enchanted storybook paradise, perfect for high-end photography, film productions, family shoots and personal content creation. Available from May through October, this mature, fully landscaped yard offers an immersive, fairytale feel packed with diverse, high-utility visual backdrops. Whether you are shooting ethereal fashion editorials, whimsical maternity sessions, or personal concepts, your crew will find a magical, private setting that feels completely removed from reality. Signature Visual Elements: The Interactive Koi Pond: A pristine, 3-foot-deep pond complete with vibrant koi fish, tall grasses and beautiful water lilies. Photographers and models are welcome to wade directly into the water for breathtaking, ethereal fantasy or personal conceptual shoots. Water Features: A stunning double waterfall feature that cascades directly into the pond, providing both incredible visuals and soothing background audio. Also a perfectly placed platform in between the waterfalls and pond, with a tiny whimsical bridge as an entrance. Beautiful stone bench and swing chair near pond for seated shots. Botanical Elements: A dramatic, sweeping mature willow tree and immaculately maintained, vibrant flower gardens in full seasonal bloom that enhance the magical atmosphere. Architectural Accents: A beautiful, elegant outdoor staircase perfect for framing subjects, dramatic gown trains, or storybook staging. Mature Greenery: Surrounding old-growth trees provide excellent natural canopy filters for beautiful, diffused light. Also a large grassy area in the center. Partly shaded all day. Stone patio: perfect open space near willow tree and flower beds that can be used as a fire pit area or open dance floor or any other props set up. Wild space: hilltop wilderness space with a huge canopy tee, and tall wild grasses with a mountain range view of the Rockies. After dark lighting and electrical outlets: charmingly bright string lights line the backyard for use after dark. There are also 3 sites throughout the yard that can be used to plug in electrical equipment or speakers. Our yard has been used to host weddings and large parties for children and adults, formal and informal, also family, personal and fantasy photoshoots. The yard has won state awards for landscaping and for the water garden as well. Crew Amenities & Logistics: * Dedicated Changing Suite: Clean, private wardrobe changes are made easy inside our detached garage studio space. * Restroom Access: Production teams and clients have access to a designated restroom located on the top floor of the main residence. * Convenient Parking: Ample parking is available directly on-site via our spacious driveway, supplemented by plenty of open front curb parking.
