About Old Soul Studios Inc.

Old Soul is on the National Historic Registry for its architectual significance. It’s a great example of Greek Revival and Italianate designs. The house was built in 1855 and we have been recording records in it since 2001. Bands such as Ratatat, Beirut, New Pornographers, Neko Case have all recorded their music here. The space is incredibly photogenic and vibey!

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
