Aromas Tea Bar – Cleaning Policy
To help maintain the quality and appearance of our venue, all guests and event hosts are expected to leave the space in substantially the same condition in which it was received.
Host Responsibilities
Before departure, the event host must:
Remove all personal belongings, decorations, gifts, supplies, and rental equipment.
Place all trash in designated waste containers.
Dispose of food and beverage waste properly.
Wipe up any spills that occur during the event.
Return furniture to its original placement if moved during the event.
Ensure that all guests have exited the premises by the end of the reservation period.
Venue Cleaning
Aromas Tea Bar performs routine post-event cleaning, including:
Sweeping and mopping floors
Sanitizing tables and surfaces
Restroom cleaning
Trash removal
Excessive Cleaning Fee
An additional cleaning fee may be assessed for:
Glitter, confetti, rice, flower petals, or similar materials
Excessive food or beverage spills
Stains on furniture, walls, or floors
Decorations requiring special removal
Large amounts of trash left throughout the venue
Bodily fluids, smoke damage, or other unusual cleaning requirements
Damage and Repairs
Any damage to furniture, décor, fixtures, equipment, walls, flooring, or other venue property beyond normal wear and tear will be billed to the event host.
Overtime
Cleaning and breakdown must occur within the contracted rental period. Time exceeding the reservation will be billed at the venue’s standard hourly rental rate.
