Health and Safety Measures

The property is thoroughly cleaned and inspected between each booking. High-touch surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, bedrooms, and frequently used amenities are sanitized prior to guest arrival. Linens and towels are professionally laundered between stays. Floors are swept, vacuumed, and mopped, and all trash is removed before each reservation. Outdoor gathering areas, porches, and common exterior spaces are also checked and cleaned as needed. To help maintain the condition of the historic property, guests are asked to dispose of trash properly, clean up any spills, and leave the space in generally the same condition in which it was found. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive messes or activities requiring specialized cleanup.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
