The venue features multiple distinct spaces that can be used together or separately, including a spacious main event hall, a dedicated bar and lounge area, a private suite for getting ready or breakout meetings, and an outdoor patio. Flexible floor plans allow for seated dinners, cocktail-style receptions, presentations, ceremonies, dance floors, and custom event layouts. Amenities include custom wood banquet tables and chairs, customizable lighting, built-in audio/visual capabilities with projector screens and microphones, high ceilings, exposed brick, and historic architectural details that create a memorable backdrop for any occasion. A prep kitchen is available for caterers, and guests can enjoy convenient on-site parking, nearby street parking, and optional valet service. With a capacity of up to 250 seated guests or up to 350 guests for a cocktail/networking style event, the space is designed to accommodate everything from intimate gatherings to large-scale events while maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Health and Safety Measures

The venue is professionally cleaned between bookings, with special attention given to high-touch surfaces, restrooms, common areas, tables, chairs, and shared amenities. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the space for guest use. Bookings are scheduled to allow adequate time for thorough cleaning and event turnover, ensuring the venue is clean, sanitized, and ready for each guest's arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
