Health and Safety Measures

Before Leaving Remove all personal items, decorations, gifts, and equipment. Dispose of trash in designated bins or dumpsters. Remove food and beverages brought into the venue. Wipe up spills immediately. Return tables, chairs, and furniture to their original locations. Remove tape, balloons, signs, and other decorations. Ensure restrooms are left in reasonable condition. Vacate the space by the contracted end time. Prohibited Items Glitter, confetti, rice, birdseed, or similar difficult-to-clean materials. Nails, screws, staples, or adhesives that damage walls. Open flames (unless specifically approved). Smoke machines, fog machines, or pyrotechnics without permission. Damage Responsibility Renters are responsible for damage caused by themselves, guests, vendors, or contractors. Repair or replacement costs may be charged separately from cleaning fee. Excessive Cleaning Fee: $400 Charged only when renters leave the space unusually dirty.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
