Health and Safety Measures
The Ranch 22 is professionally maintained and cleaned on a daily basis to ensure a beautiful and welcoming experience for all guests.
Guests are responsible for the complete setup, breakdown, and cleanup of their event or gathering. The space must be returned to the condition in which it was found.
Guest responsibilities include:
Removing all decorations, supplies, equipment, and personal belongings.
Disposing of all trash in designated receptacles.
Cleaning up any spills, food, beverages, or other messes created during the event.
Returning tables, chairs, and furnishings to their original locations (if applicable).
Leaving all indoor and outdoor areas free of debris.
Cleaning fees may apply if excessive cleaning, trash removal, damage repair, or restoration of the space is required after the event.
We appreciate your help in keeping The Ranch 22 beautiful for future guests.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
