There’s a stillness to this place the moment you walk in. A 959-square-foot studio in the heart of Miami Beach, designed from the ground up as a calm, intentional retreat, and it reads that way on camera too. Warm neutrals, natural materials, and soft layered light give every frame a quiet confidence without a single thing required.
The living area anchors the space: an oversized sectional beneath sculptural paper lantern pendants, a low travertine coffee table, and a curated gallery wall including a custom coquina stone console and original artwork. The kitchen island, wrapped in light oak with matching wood slat detailing, sits beneath an organic, cloud-like pendant that styles itself. A raised platform separates the sleeping area from the main living space, finished with artwork above the headboard and ceramic pendants at each side.
The palette is a gift to anyone who shoots it: cream, sand, warm oak, and linen, with nothing competing for attention. Stylists and art directors can bring a concept in and let the space hold it rather than fight it.
This is an owner-occupied residence. The owner will not be present during bookings but remains available for any questions or troubleshooting that may arise. All day-to-day booking operations are managed by Aisha.
