The space features warm lounge seating, polished concrete floors, a bold orange accent wall, curated record/gallery wall, kitchenette, balcony access, high-speed Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speakers, and a TV with AirPlay/screen-casting. The studio is ideal for small mixers, pop-ups, private showings, listening sessions, workshops, team gatherings, brand activations, content events, birthday celebrations, and intimate creative gatherings. With multiple styled areas and an open flexible layout, guests can host, mingle, present, or create in a space that already has personality and built-in visual moments. Guests have access to the main studio area, lounge setups, kitchenette for catering setup or food display, private restroom, balcony, TV, speakers, record player, and flexible open space for event setup. Select furniture and décor may be moved carefully with approval and must be returned to its original placement before checkout.
