Welcome to Pete's Bagels at the Tarpon Springs sponge docks! We're a friends-and-family owned bagel shop, cafe and gift shop based out of St. Pete, with locations around Tampa Bay. This building is our newest and most scenic location; situated right on the Anclote River and within walking distance of all the sponge docks have to offer. The space is bright and eclectic, combining nautical Old Florida charm and odes to the building's history (formerly Dolphin Gift Shop) with modern design elements. Great for casual, laid back gatherings as well as being a lovely backdrop for the most special occasions. Our space is ideal for food-and-bev centered events, with plenty of seating and table space - and also caters well to workshops, clubs and photo/video shoots. Area for rent includes: - Ground level indoor space with two individual ADA-accessible bathrooms - Ground level outdoor space with covered bar seating and uncovered dock seating - Second floor outdoor balcony seating; partially covered, partially uncovered - Second floor indoor general store area, with table space and bar seating - Stairwell and ADA-accessible elevator - 14 dedicated free parking spaces ABOUT THE INDOOR SPACE Main floor indoor space features open space for congregating or setting up your own tables, seating or decor, as well as two individual non-gendered bathrooms and access to a stairwell and elevator leading to the second floor. Second floor indoor space includes 8 barstool seats in our general store area, with exits to our outdoor balcony overlooking the water. General store space includes a refrigerator, sink with filtered drinking water, and limited counter space. ABOUT THE OUTDOOR SPACE Ground level outdoor space features a covered bar area seating up to 25, covered bench seating for 10 (no table), one uncovered picnic table seating up to 6, and two uncovered lounge chairs. Second floor outdoor balcony space includes one covered picnic table seating 6, two four-top round tables (uncovered) and four two-top bistro tables (uncovered).
