Additional cleaning fees may apply if damaged. • No shoes on furniture • No smoking, vaping, glitter, confetti, paint, or open flames. • Children must be supervised at all times. • Food and beverages must be kept away from furniture and specialty sets. • The renter is responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests. • Overtime will be billed accordingly. • Full studio policies and rental agreement will be provided prior to booking. A $100 FEE will be charged via Peerspace if furniture is not returned to original place after booking. I am a firm believer that wedding days should come with a photographer that takes stress off your plate rather than adding to it, that family and portrait sessions should be fun - not stressful, and that newborn sessions should be beautiful and safe! I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. You also won’t see me get frustrated or impatient with your newborn who may not want to immediately settle for me. That’s so normal, and completely okay. If anything, it’s to be expected! As a mom, I understand that kids (and babies) need to have the space to be themselves in order to get the best shot. Our Cleaning & Sanitization Process Your health, comfort, and experience are our top priorities. CANVAS Photography Studio is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before every booking to ensure a spotless, welcoming environment. Our cleaning process includes: Disinfecting all high-touch surfaces, including door handles, light switches, furniture, countertops, and equipment. Sanitizing props, posing furniture, makeup stations, and shared studio accessories after each use. Vacuuming and mopping all floors before every session. Cleaning and refreshing restrooms between bookings. Emptying trash and replacing liners after every rental. Regularly sanitizing the newborn area and client lounge to maintain the highest level of cleanliness. Keeping the studio well-ventilated with fresh air whenever possible. We take great pride in maintaining a pristine, luxury studio environment so every photographer and client can create with confidence in a clean, comfortable, and professionally maintained space.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
