Safety Check: Clear all pathways, fire exits, and entryways of debris or trip hazards.
2. Live-Event Maintenance ("Porter Service")
Trash Management: Periodically empty overflowing trash and recycling bins to prevent odors and pests.
Restroom Triage: Wipe down counters, mop spills, and restock supplies.
Spill Response: Rapidly clean liquid spills on floors to mitigate slip-and-fall liabilities.
3. Post-Event Breakdown & Remediation
Debris Removal: Bag and haul away all decorations, leftover catering waste, and bulk trash.
Surface Restoration: Deep clean floors (sweep, mop, or buff) and wipe down any venue-provided furniture.
Sanitization Sweep: Conduct a final spray and wipe of all restrooms and food-prep areas using commercial-grade disinfectants.
Damage & Left-Behind Audit: Document any structural damage, stains, or abandoned property before releasing the client's security deposit.
