About the space:
This spacious studio is located within a 6-minute walk from the Takoma Metro Station. With easy access to a changing room, kitchenette, and a fairly quiet workspace, this studio is set up to make your next photo or video shoot a success. Equipped with three high-powered monolights, you can create the mood and setting of your choice.
**PLEASE NOTE** Remember to account for set-up and break down time in your booking. Our team will provide information on how to access the space the day of your booking.
**PLEASE NOTE** Our studio is self-sufficient, please leave it in the way it was presented to you at the start of your session. We have a cleaning fee of $100 if the space is left unclean and disorganized.

The cleaning staff has a nightly process for the entire building. YPT staff and guests are responsible for cleaning their respective spaces regularly. The YPT office maintains color-coded COVID-19 safety procedures based on exposure rates.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
