A purple house in East Nashville built for gathering, performing, and creating. Not a sterile rental, but a space with real character that photographs and films lived-in, not staged. The layout flows naturally between indoor and outdoor zones, so events can spread out or stay intimate depending on the size and mood.
Inside, a warm dining room anchors the space with a freshly refinished orange Baldwin piano. The living room holds a 1,000-record collection and a disco ball overhead - the kind of details that make a dinner party or listening event feel like something. A handful of curtained photo corners offer quick backdrop changes for shoots without rearranging a room, and an indoor bar keeps things flowing for private events.
Out back, a fully fenced yard holds a 20x16 ft stage framed by string lights and anchored by a Solo Stove Yukon fire pit and an 8 ft outdoor bar. The yard comfortably holds 100+ guests, but an intimate show with 20 feels just as right. A drum shield is in place. Power runs via a Craftsman 12AWG SJTW 100 ft contractor-grade extension cord reel with four grounded outlets and 1,875W of surge protection at 15A. In-ground power with in-stage outlets is planned as a future upgrade.
This space works beautifully for private dinners, house shows, listening events, photo and video shoots, baby or bridal showers, and creative retreats. In-house catering is available on request.
