At The Beehive Project, we know that the journey to adulthood is rarely linear. We specialise in providing Ofsted and CQC-registered supported living and semi-independent living transition services for young people aged 16-25 in Southampton. Our holistic pathway adapts to the needs of the young people we support. Using an integrated step-down model designed to prevent any young person from facing the ‘cliff edge of care’ as they move into adulthood, we ensure a seamless transition from clinical environments through to independent living.
