Terrace at Seventeen works well for cocktail receptions, proposals, engagement parties, private dinners, micro-weddings, showers, birthday celebrations, corporate receptions, networking events, photo/video shoots, and VIP gatherings.
The space offers a flexible indoor-outdoor flow, with the outdoor terrace ideal for cocktails, photos, ceremonies, mingling, and skyline moments, while the connected indoor space can be used for dining, buffet stations, bar service, presentations, or weather backup. Depending on the event style, the layout can support seated meals, reception-style events, lounge-style gatherings, or a ceremony-to-reception flow.
Unique features include rooftop city views, private-event atmosphere, indoor backup space, hotel staff support, in-house catering and beverage service, tables, chairs, linens, event setup, and the ability to create a more elevated experience without needing a large ballroom.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our team cleans and resets Terrace at Seventeen before each booking, including tables, chairs, high-touch surfaces, counters, bar areas, door handles, and shared event spaces. Restrooms and common hotel areas are maintained by hotel staff throughout the day. Trash removal, basic room reset, and standard cleaning are included after the event. Guests and vendors are expected to remove any personal items, décor, florals, signage, and outside materials at the end of the booking.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
