Two seating areas face each other across a patterned wool rug: a plush armchair on one side and a diamond-pattern sofa on the other, creating a natural, comfortable setup for one-on-one or small-group interviews. Space only - $90 an hour minimum 2 hours Three microphone, boom arms with XLR connections are already mounted and ready to connect to your equipment. We currently don't provide recording equipment. High ceilings and wall-mounted acoustic panels keep the room quiet and clean-sounding, while a large overhead softbox and an additional light stand give video a soft, flattering look with no extra lighting gear needed. The decor leans warm and eclectic — a reclaimed wood accent wall, layered vintage rugs, potted greenery, and shelves of old leather-bound books — so the space photographs beautifully on camera, not just in person. Well suited for podcast recording, video interviews, hybrid remote conversations, voiceover work, and small production shoots. Comfortably seats up to three people also there's a chair for your Videographer or Sound-guy.
