Countryside Property with Expansive Views

We offer a unique outdoor setting that works well for weddings or family-friendly photography. The inviting outdoor fireplace, picturesque pond, and tranquil creek provide beautiful backdrops with serene vibes. This property is more than 20 acres in size and is actively used for row crop farming. It is about 5 minutes from conveniences such as Interstate 44 and Walmart. The house on the property will be available for bathroom use and as a backup in case the weather is not cooperative. The rooms available include a bathroom, kitchen, living room, and sunroom. Two indoor fireplaces are available for your use from October through March. We do not provide any tables, chairs, etc., and any items brought onto the property must be removed by the end of the booking. The time slot you book includes setup and teardown time. Although this property is close to town, remember that it is still in the country; therefore, please do not be surprised to see seasonal insects. Please note that walking on a dirt path is required in order to reach the pond and creek.
