Welcome to our cozy creative studio in the heart of Barrio Logan's Arts District.
This versatile space is perfect for dance rehearsals, private lessons, photo and video shoots, content creation, workshops, auditions, meetings, wellness classes, and small creative gatherings.
The studio features a smooth wood dance floor, a full mirrored wall, Bluetooth sound system, natural light, and an open layout that can easily be adapted for movement or seated activities. The space comfortably accommodates groups of 5-45 while providing a clean, professional atmosphere.
Located just minutes from Chicano Park, the studio is surrounded by colorful murals, coffee shops, galleries, and local restaurants, making it a unique destination for creatives and visitors alike.

Health and Safety Measures
Cleaning Process
- We take pride in keeping our studio clean and welcoming for every guest.
- The studio is cleaned throughout the day between classes and bookings.
- Floors are swept and spot-cleaned regularly to maintain a safe dance surface.
- At the end of each day, the floors are mopped, mirrors are cleaned, and high-touch surfaces are sanitized.
- We take care of normal, everyday trash from your booking.
- If your event generates an excessive amount of trash (such as product packaging, catering waste, decorations, or large-scale materials), you are responsible for bagging, removing, and disposing of it.
Guests are also responsible for cleaning up any outdoor areas they use and helping keep our neighborhood clean and respectful for the local community.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
