Featuring vintage décor, historic library pieces, and custom furnishings, it offers a unique backdrop for films, commercials, interviews, branded content, music videos, podcasts, and photo shoots.
The flexible layout can be transformed to suit a variety of productions, with access to a full kitchen, lounge areas, restrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, and convenient freight elevator access for easy load-in and load-out. An on-site host and professional cleaning are included with every booking.
Located in the heart of San Francisco's Financial District, directly above Montgomery BART Station, the space is easily accessible for cast, crew, and clients.

During your event, our on-site team member and dedicated event cleaning staff are available to assist with venue needs, keep the space clean and organized, and ensure the venue remains welcoming and well maintained from start to finish.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
