Cove Collective is a small, light-filled meeting space in Herndon. It was designed by an interior designer inside her own studio, so it feels more like a nicely designed home than a conference room. The space - There are four areas you can use: The main room, with farm tables and cafe seating for up to 25. Can be set up as a boardroom, classroom, rounds, or a circle. A solarium with a lot of natural light and plants. Good for breakout groups or lunch. A covered porch for breaks. A private call room, if someone needs to step out and take a call. Having separate rooms helps if you're running a mediation, a closing, or a retreat where people need to talk in smaller groups. We have a large island and buffet to set everything out, and a kitchenette with sink, fridge, and microwave for prep. What people use it for - Board meetings, team offsites and staff days, workshops and trainings, client seminars, association and chapter meetings, mediations and closings, donor and volunteer events, planning sessions, and small conferences. If your group meets regularly - Book six or more dates at once and we'll hold them for you at a lower rate. We also have special rates for nonprofits, ministries and churches.
