Health and Safety Measures
Between bookings, I personally reset and clean the space to make sure it's ready for the next guest — tidying styled areas, wiping down and disinfecting surfaces, and doing a full walkthrough to confirm everything is in place. A cleaning fee helps cover this time and ensures the space is always presented at its best.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
