A 4-level, amphitheater-style patio area with mature ivy under 150+ year-old CA Live Oak. With usable rustic bar AND a separate residential kitchen. A creek-side picnic area once again under a mature oak, creates a perfect natural back drop for your event or shoot. Historically people have used our venue for filming, engagement photos, and commercial shoots. We have hosted workshops and daytime events of up to 100 people. This is an operational small business accelerator, but the spaces we are offering on Peerspace are isolated and you will have appropriate privacy for your event. There will also be an onsite person of contact for any day of need.
