A slice of California in leafy south-west London. Newly built and fully detached, 3,670 sq ft of soaring ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass and so much natural light the whole place turns gold around 7pm. Curated art, living plants in every corner, and an unmatched personality.
Ground floor: A chef's kitchen and a gallery-like living and dining space, with a dining table that seats 12 comfortably, opening straight onto an enormous garden. The outdoors is built for golden hour: mature trees and flower beds, outdoor dining and lounge, a hanging egg loveseat, BBQ and fire-pits. Includes a weather-protected nook for when the evening turns.
The penthouse. An open-plan studio with working arcade machines, a grown-up games room with a full-size American pool table, and a 420 sq ft west-facing roof terrace with views toward Richmond Park. More art, and an 8ft banana tree we call Barry!
Great for intimate events and meetings/offsites.
Events (dinners, supper clubs, showers, milestone celebrations, intimate gatherings).
The ground floor and garden flow as one, so guests move freely and the space breathes. A host is on-site to oversee and look after the space, with the family's floor kept private, so you get a relaxed evening and someone who knows the house if anything is needed. We're on a residential street with neighbours close by, so it suits gatherings with a sense of occasion rather than late, loud ones. Bedrooms are not part of event use.
Meetings (offsites, workshops, board days, away-days, planning sessions, brainstorms)
A complete change of scene from a glass-box meeting room, which is precisely the point. Fast fibre wifi, space for proper breaks, room to spread across multiple spaces, and a garden and terrace for the part of the day when the best thinking actually happens. Coffee taken seriously throughout. A host is on-site to let you in, settle you, and stay reachable.
