My home is a beautiful Victorian house built in 1906. It's wonderful for photoshoots, music videos, movies. Has many colorful, light filled bedrooms that can be used for various types of productions or events. Includes stained glass windows, front and back yards, and clawfoot tub in one of the bathrooms. Located just north of the Bronx, my house offers a historic New York aesthetic with production-friendly access and flexible scheduling for professional crews. Featuring five uniquely-styled rooms across three floors (Parlor Floor, First Floor, and Top Floor) the house offers an abundance of inspiring spaces for realizing your next project. Parlour floor includes a kitchen, living room and half bathroom (dining room also available but is not fully renovated) First floor includes Green, Pink, Blue and Yellow rooms as well as a full bathroom. Top floor includes two smaller bedrooms, and a fullt bathroom with clawfoot tub. I've been renovating and restoring the house myself to serve as both my home and a creative space for film and photo shoots and my own media production company. SITE MANAGER: I am my own site manager and will be on site with you for the duration of the shoot/event to verify number of people and to ensure that all rules are followed. I can offer my creative direction experience if needed. DIRECTIONS: My home is located in Yonkers just past the Bronx a few blocks from Van Cortlandt Park with easy access to the 4 and 1 trains and 1, 2, and 4 Beeline buses. There is a one car driveway space, free street parking, and a parking lot one block away.
