Health and Safety Measures
The Enterprise Building is professionally cleaned and maintained on a regular basis to provide a clean, welcoming environment for all tenants and guests. Common areas, restrooms, kitchens, and other shared spaces are routinely sanitized.
Tenants are expected to clean up after themselves, dispose of trash properly, and leave shared spaces in the same condition they found them. Any excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
