About the Space

We are a large, colorful and versatile space that celebrates creativity, the arts and community. Our layout is can be used for just about anything, hosting anywhere from 8-175 people. Tables Can be moved around for any type of dance, photo/video shoot, performances, wedding reception, birthdays, pop ups, markets, dinners, co-working, or any type of project or celebration. When we are not renting the space, we are a Mediterranean-focused pizza/pasta/small plates restaurant. We have a plush lounge with retro chairs and couch, 2 top tables, 4/5 top tables, community picnic benches, and a private room encased in a glass structure. The entire space is rentable as are individual areas.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
