Cleaning Guidelines SB Studios is cleaned and reset between bookings to provide a comfortable and welcoming space for every guest. • High-touch surfaces, tables, chairs, and shared equipment are cleaned between reservations. • Trash bins are provided throughout the studio. Guests are asked to dispose of all food, drinks, smoking materials, and personal trash before leaving. • Ashtrays are provided for smoking. Please use them and do not place ashes or smoking materials on furniture, floors, or studio equipment. • Guests are not expected to perform a full cleaning after their booking; however, the space should be left in reasonably the same condition in which it was received. • Spills should be cleaned immediately and reported to studio staff, especially near furniture or electronic equipment. • Any furniture or studio items moved during the booking should be returned to their original location. • Normal cleaning is included with your reservation. Excessive mess, stains, spills, smoke-related damage, or cleanup beyond normal use may result in an additional cleaning fee.
