The approximately 3,000-square-foot venue features a cafe and dining area, large front windows with natural light, outdoor seating, a full practical bar and a large industrial kitchen. The space can work well for cafe, restaurant and bar scenes; food, beverage and culinary advertising; interviews and hosted content; lifestyle, editorial and product photography; music videos; and narrative film or television work. Practical kitchen use, bar use and exterior filming are subject to project-specific approval. Load-in is at ground level through a wheelchair-accessible front door. Wi-Fi, two restrooms, heating and air conditioning are reported available.
