About the Space
Recently renovated space with light vinyl flooring and fresh painting throughout. Large neutral couch great for shooting and queen bed set up are always available. There is a 16 ft blank wall as well with large windows providing excellent natural light. There is also a 12 ft backdrop stand where drops can be hung with clips or magnets, and where paper rolls are hung. Bathroom and refrigerator are conveniently located within the space. A newborn posing table is available if interested.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
