Private 40-acre Mojave high-desert ranch offering multiple cinematic environments in one production-friendly location. The property features expansive desert terrain, mature Joshua trees, natural boulder and rock formations, long dirt roads, mountain and horizon views, two houses, a workshop, a private dirt airstrip, and a helipad. The ranch is well suited for films, commercials, music videos, fashion shoots, automotive content, editorial photography, and other approved productions. The open landscape provides a variety of looks, with beautiful sunrise, golden hour, and sunset lighting. - WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE STANDARD HOURLY RATE? The standard hourly rate is for approved exterior ranch access. Depending on the production and booking, exterior access may include the following: -Desert landscape -Joshua tree areas -Natural rock formations -Dirt roads -Mountain and horizon views -Exterior areas around the buildings -Designated production parking -Airstrip and helipad as stationary filming backdrops Your hourly rate is based on your total number of attendees, including cast, crew, clients, vendors, and drivers. -WANT TO USE THE HOUSES OR WORKSHOP? Interior access is not included in the standard exterior rate but can be added to your booking. Available options include: -> House on the Rocks — Interior Access A distinctive desert house built into the natural rock formations. Available for approved interior filming and immediate exterior use. -> Second House — Production Support / Interior Climate-controlled house with AC and Wi-Fi, available for approved filming, makeup, wardrobe, client holding, or production-office use. -> Workshop — Interior Access Available for approved filming, staging, and equipment-support use. Individual areas can be added to an exterior booking, subject to availability and approval. -WANT MULTIPLE LOCATIONS? Full Ranch — Multiple Locations Don't want to choose individual locations? Get the whole ranch. The Full Ranch option is designed for productions that want to use multiple approved areas across the property, including the desert landscape, rock formations, dirt roads, exterior structures, the airstrip, the helipad, and approved interiors. Full Ranch bookings require an 8-hour minimum and advance approval. (IMPORTANT) Access is limited to the areas included in your confirmed booking. Private, locked, storage, utility, and unsafe areas are not available for production use. The airstrip and helipad are available as visual filming backdrops only unless separate written approval is provided. Aircraft takeoffs, landings, helicopter operations, and other aviation activity require advance approval and a separate arrangement. Drones, automotive action, off-road driving, stunts, animals, weapons/props, pyrotechnics, open flames, smoke effects, large set construction, and ground disturbance require advance approval. Some activities may not be permitted.
