Perched high above the city at 1412 Broadway (just steps from Bryant Park and Times Square), this glamorous $7 million venue is modeled after the legendary 1920s interior designer and socialite, Elsie de Wolfe.
Designed by architect Delphine Mauroit, our 3,520-square-foot luxury venue flawlessly blends indoor historical elegance with stunning outdoor panoramic views. Step out of our mirrored hallway and into a sophisticated haven featuring 25-foot high ceilings, antique mirrors, gold-gilded metal walls, Versailles parquet flooring, and a dramatic blue marble bar top.

Elsie Rooftop maintains elite hygiene standards through rigorous commercial cleaning protocols before and after every booking. Our professional staff disinfects all high-touch surfaces, including the blue marble bar and gold-gilded accents, using EPA-approved, hospital-grade sanitizers. We deep clean our Versailles parquet floors and plush lounge furniture to guarantee a spotless presentation for your event. To maximize ventilation, we fully open our retractable glass roof between reservations to flush the entire 25th-floor penthouse with fresh air. Fully stocked antibacterial hand sanitizing stations remain accessible throughout the venue, while our on-site team manages continuous, discreet waste removal during your reservation window.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
