Twenty-five foot ceilings. Four garage doors: two open into a street-facing café, two open onto a private back lot. Roll them all up and the building becomes one continuous indoor-outdoor room. Roll them down and you have a sealed, fully air-conditioned box that holds its own climate and own sound. THE CAFÉ The front of the building is a proper café with a beautiful coffee bar built for baristas and visitors alike. It faces the street through its own set of garage doors, which makes it a natural home for a pop-up, a product launch, a retail activation, or a friendly check in area. LIGHT, AND THE ABSENCE OF IT Oversized skylights pour daylight across the entire floor. When you need the opposite, we cover them from the roof for true blackout. Full sun to full dark, on request. Photographers and film crews tend to appreciate the flexibility. THE BACK LOT A private lot behind the building parks six cars or converts into open-air event space: tables, umbrellas, an outdoor bar, a food truck, lounge seating, a smoking area. There is power out there, and enough of it to run concerts and live production. Free street parking throughout the neighborhood. A large paid lot next door is available for additional rental. HOURS AND SOUND Open 24/7. No curfew and no in-house sound restrictions. This is an industrial block and the building was made to hold in volume. Load in and load out whenever best suits your event or production. FOOD AND DRINK Serve food and serve alcohol, no complications. Outside catering welcome. Smoking permitted outside. The kitchen is a prep and service kitchen with: four refrigerators, two freezers, a top-shelf industrial ice maker, a dishwasher, an electric burner, a small convection oven, a microwave, and multiple tea kettles (full industry grade coffee/latte/espresso setup coming soon).
