This 1986 Airstream Sovereign came with the property, sitting unoccupied and neglected on an enclosed lot behind the main building. After we realized we couldn't get it out without airlifting it, we did the next best thing: renovated it into a one-of-a-kind filming and photo shoot location!
The trailer is available for both interior and exterior shoots. Inside, it's decorated in an eclectic vintage style and divided into distinct filmable substations: a kitchenette, a banquette, a large built-in sofa, and a fully customizable end.
Natural light enters laterally through windows on all sides, giving the interior an ambient, wraparound glow that shifts beautifully through the day.
Much of what's inside can be removed, creating a unique semi-blank canvas you can dress to your own vision. Just let us know your plans when you book.
Great for film and video shoots, podcasting, photoshoots, music videos, lookbooks, content creation, and creative productions of all kinds.
The Airstream is enclosed by a tall fence. The concrete lot surrounding it leaves plenty of space to stage equipment and shoot the exterior.
An on-site shed behind the trailer is available for storing gear or props overnight. We also have a larger garage that we can make available for an additional fee.
This location sits on very quiet residential street, and the trailer lot itself abuts a spacious city lot with no buildings or residents. It's about as quiet as you can find in this part of Los Angeles.
Please note — unfortunately, we can't offer an on-site bathroom. If your production needs one, we're glad to arrange a porta potty rental for your booking at your expense. Just mention it when you inquire and we'll coordinate delivery ahead of your shoot date.
We're excited to share our weird Atwater Village trailer oasis with you!
