Rumored as Speakeasy many years ago, we have welcomed so many weddings, baby showers, dinners, and events for family and friends. The estate offers a beautiful outdoor setting with a sprawling lakeshore, a picturesque courtyard featuring a fountain and rose garden, and large, covered Southern-style porches. Our wide open 'carport' is lined with Chicago brick and connects the courtyard to the lakeside space, making it another opportunity for an event setup. Our paved pickleball courts sit beside the lakeshore and dock, which can be transformed into a spacious event area—perfect for dining tables, a dance floor, live music, or other event activities. An outdoor restroom is conveniently available onsite for guests. Please note that the estate’s interior is currently undergoing renovations, so all events are limited to the outdoor spaces and guests are not permitted inside the home at this time.
